Source citations have the following components:
      Author, Title, Publisher, Locator
 
Author – Can be First Name Last Name or Last Name, First Name
Title  - Can be in italics or underlined
Publisher – This includes publisher location, name and year published; occasionally in parentheses
Locator – Usually a page number or range of pages
 
Other fields that may be included are:
      Accessed – The date accessed, esp. if this is a website
      Examined – This would be if you performed a search with certain criteria, such as “included ‘ton’ in the name”.
